Final Wedding Details

    This info will help me make sure that you get the most out of my photography on your wedding day. I don't want us to miss a thing! Please confirm/complete the following. If you have any other information that may be useful for me please feel free to send it over to nathalie@epiphany-image.com.

    If you have the day's schedule of events, please send it over so that I can add it to my calendar and help keep us on task. (Can also be emailed to nathalie@epiphany-image.com)

    Day-Of Contact Information:
    Contact Info for either your Maid of Honor or Day of Coordinator. This way I can bug you as little as possible on the wedding day.

    Family:
    General shot list for the formal portraits.

    Please provide their names with the title (example: Jane, mother of bride)

    We highly recommend listing up to 10 groupings. Extended family/friends can be captured with you during the reception to maximize time for your couples portraits.

    Remind these family members to stick around at the end of the ceremony so that they can be in place for the portraits.

    If you have any specific shots that you need with certain guests/family members, please list below. In addition, during the formal portraits, are there any members that we should NOT call on?

    Extras

    • Your invitation suite (the invitation, save the dates, etc) If you have an extra copy, I like to take photos of that for your album as well.

    • Jewelry, shoes, veil, flowers, etc.... have those available for me in your bridal suite

    • Clear space with plenty of natural light and as little clutter as possible in the bride/groom suite while getting ready.
